Free shipping is available on all orders in most countries. Please note that shipping to remote areas may not qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Time:
Processing Time (1–2 business days) + Shipping Time (5–10 business days) via USPS or other trusted shipping carriers.

Please note: Our human hair wigs are made to order to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship. Because each wig is carefully handcrafted after your order is placed, additional processing time may be required before shipment. The exact processing time may vary depending on the style, length, color, and customization options selected.

Shipping times are estimates only and may occasionally take longer depending on your location.

Several factors could affect delivery time, such as customs inspections, peak postal seasons (including Christmas), local postal services, and extreme weather conditions. Please also note that international deliveries may be delayed due to increased security screening for inbound airmail packages.

To provide premium-quality wigs and hair extensions as efficiently as possible, your order may be shipped directly from our office or our manufacturing facility in discreet, standard packaging to protect your privacy.

Track the order
You will receive an email with the tracking number after your package ships out. Please also allow another 24 hours for showing the tracking information.

Customs and Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Bounced Back / Returned Packages
Some reasons for bounced back or returned packages are insufficient to address, incorrect address or unclaimed packages. It is buyer's responsibility to provide us with the correct and complete mailing address and make sure he/she is available on delivery.
