HairNjoy aim is providing our customers with premium hair wigs at reasonable prices and prime service.
We totally understand that choosing a right wig online is a bit difficult, so we gladly accept the return for any reason.
So we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging with wig-net, free gift otherwise retail value will be charged.
Return shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
To start a return, you can contact us at Love@HairNjoy.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will free replacement including shipping for the damaged item.
You can cancel your order in 12 hours. We will give you a full refund.
Once the items are shipped and can’t stop the logistics. The order can’t be canceled. Customers can receive the items and return to us, and the return fee is paid by customers.
If the products are not shipped for some reason, you can cancel the order and you also can get a full refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund usually within 7 days.
Despite our effort to try to correct colors, the colors may vary slightly lighter or darker than the photos. This is due to the fact that It depends on the light and phone/screen settings and everyone sees photos and colors differently. It can't be classified as faulty.
