HairNjoy aim is providing our customers with premium hair wigs at reasonable prices and prime service.
We totally understand that choosing a right wig online is a bit difficult, so we gladly accept the return for any reason.
So we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with wig-net, free gift.
This mean cannot be worn, chemically treated, cut, washed, brushed, smoke, perfume or altered in any way, including the removal of tags otherwise retail value will be charged.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

To start a return, you can contact us at Love@HairNjoy.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of hair extensions, hair pieces and sale items. This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, final sale / clearance items, personal care goods, makeup, used beauty tools worn hair items, cut or altered hair items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Unfortunately, Hairsisters.com does not process exchanges.
All the items we sell are in new and unworn condition. Therefore, within 30 calendar days on receipt of delivery, you have two options in place for Regular Priced Items:
Receive a Store Credit. Credits do not expire and you may apply it towards future purchases at any time. We will issue you a credit as soon as we receive the piece in the same condition it was sent out in. As an added incentive we will give you a credit of your original purchase value. Please note if a credit is given for a return, the next purchase using that store credit is considered final sale.
Refund to original payment method.
Once the item is received in our facility, allow up to five business days for an email confirmation of the refund status or credit process. We do not provide return labels or prepaid postage for returns.
If you would like to return your piece that you purchased during a Best Offer, Sale or Promotion, you may choose the following option within 30 days on receipt of delivery:
Equal Purchase Value in Store Credit - We will provide you with a credit of your original purchase value. Your credit can be used for future orders at your discretion. Please note the next purchase using that store credit is considered final sale.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund usually within 7 days.
Colors may vary slightly lighter or darker than photos. This is due to the fact that It depends on the light and phone/screen settings and everyone sees photos and colors differently.
